About Me!
I was born and raised, the oldest of 4, in Cincinnati, OH. I originally came to IU to be a dance major but did a 180 and ended up in Informatics – I haven’t looked back. Now as a graduate student, I’m working in a field about which I am passionate and I couldn’t be happier.
I am currently looking for an internship for Summer 2010.
How and why I am in design:
First semester of freshman year, I took Introduction to Informatics as an elective and quickly fell in love with the field of Human Computer Interaction.
I hated seeing people frustrated with technology and how it could often hinder, rather than assist, in completing tasks. HCI was a way I could help solve a problem and affect the lives of many. Ever since then, I’ve been perusing my dream to become an interaction designer.
